REIKI & INTUITIVE READING

what to expect

One on one Virtual ReikI & Intuitive Reading sessions will consist of a one hour block of time in a private setting. We will spend about 3-5 mins discussing what your intention and our focus of the session will be, including pointing out any problem areas or pain you are experiencing. This will be followed by a short meditation to set up the sacred container for the healing energy of Reiki to come through. For the last 15-20mins of the session we will discuss anything that came up during the session, including any intuitive messages that came through for you. You should expect to feel very relaxed, and rested, ready to take on the rest of your day with a clear mind and open heart.
